Your appointments are very important to us, and your time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we will do our best to accommodate all or some of your services, but unfortunately we aren’t always able to do so. 

All appointments are result-oriented. If you are late halfway into your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule, to ensure high quality results. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least a 24 hr notice. This way we can accommodate clients on our waiting list, and adjust schedule accordingly. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of scheduled appointment value. 

For appointments over an hour in duration we reserve the right to charge a 50% deposit upon booking. In the event that you cancel or reschedule and provide us with at least a 24-hour notice, your deposit will be returned. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. 

As a courtesy, we do text and/or email to confirm the date and time 24-48 hours prior to your service. Please make sure your contact details are up to date. 

Threading is generally not considered a painful process. Some people may experience mild discomfort during the session, but it is often less painful than other hair removal methods like waxing or sugaring.

Paid street parking is available on Lincoln Ave. Additional parking located on Barry just south of the salon.
